Step 1: Purchase the refill either through the website or with us over the phone
Step 2: We will then e-mail you to confirm the order and provide you with the freepost details
Step 3: Place your cartridge(s) in an envelope/jiffy-bag together with your contact details and return address
Step 4: Address the envelope or package with our freepost details and post it to us
