All prices are subject to an assessment being done on the item brought in. Once an offer is made you are under no obligation to accept, and if you choose to decline an offer the item will be returned you. Please bring all machines to our shop 43 North Hill, Plymouth, PL4 8EZ

This trade in service is designed so that the machine you want to sell is brought in to our shop. However, if you can't make it to the shop or live outside the area then we will consider items are sent to us. Please call before you do this so we can discuss the item before we agree to it being sent to us. Any items sent to us without discussion first will have to be collected at your own cost.

Once an item has been sent to us it will go through the usual assessment process. If we want to buy it we will add the initial shipping price on to the offer. If we don't want to make an offer then you can decide to leave it with us or collect it at your own cost. The intial shipping cost will also not be refunded
