At present the webshop is currently using the term 'compatible' for any inkjet or toner cartridges which are not produced by the original printer manufacturer. Please be aware that this description will be eventually updated to 'replacement' as the products currently being supplied may be either a remanufactured/recycled or true compatible. The distinction between these two different manufacturing methods will not be of concern to most customers but we understand that some customers will prefer to know exactly what kind of product they are purchasing.

As our suppliers will vary in what they are providing please feel free to contact us prior to placing an order if you wish to specifically have a remanufactured, recycled or compatible version of your product supplied. We can then advise on availability and any changes in price should it be different to the webshop listing.
