How it works

LET INKSPOT SAVE YOU MONEY - GET YOUR EMPTY CARTRIDGE REFILLED

We understand that finding reliable suppliers for compatible and remanufactured inkjets can be difficult and that it is even harder to find a nearby shop that can refill your empty inkjet cartridges, so we are pleased to offer all of our customers a service called Refill By Post. Ink refilling is a very cost effective way to get your inkjet cartridges printing again. With the ink refilling service from Inkspot prices start from just £5.99 and you can get your empty inkjet cartridge refilled to the manufacturers original ink level and in most cases we even refill it to the maximum the inkjet cartridge can take. Once the cartridge has had a refill we test the quality to ensure you receive the highest quality prints.

 The process is very simple.

Step 1: Click HERE, search our website, or contact us to check if it is refillable
Step 2: Purchase the refill either through the website or with us over the phone
Step 3: We will then e-mail you to confirm the order and provide you with the freepost details
Step 4: Place the cartridge(s) into a suitable envelope  together with your contact details and return address
Step 5: Address the envelope or package with our freepost details and send it to us
Step 6: The refilled cartridge will be shipped back to you the same day it is received

In the event that the cartridges you provide are too deteriorated to refill properly or have suffered an electronic circuit failure which prevents them from functioning and thus being refilled you will be contacted by a member of staff. You may then choose to either have your money refunded or pay the difference between the refill price and the price of a compatible from our stock. If you choose a refund please be aware that it will be minus the postage cost

OEM OR COMPATIBLES?

Quality is always one of the first priorities for us here at Inkspot and we recommend that for best quality photo prints that customers use OEM cartridges, however for day to day printing you can't go wrong with compatible and refilled cartridges. If you ever have any issues with compaible or refilled cartridges purchased from us contact us immediately as we take failures of this kind very seriously. We have spent the past couple years rigerously testing batches of cartridges from our suppliers so we can ensure that we can sell our products with confidence. This testing process also applies to refilling to do in our shop and all refilled products are thoroughly checked before being returned to the customer.
