In the unfortunate event that any of the products you have purchased from Inkspot are faulty or causing you problems please contact us immediately so we may resolve the situation.

CARTRIDGE RETURNS

 
In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") before sending anything back.

Please note that a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is REQUIRED to be included with all returns. In order to obtain this authorization please contact us by phone or email.

We accept cartridges for return under the following policy.

UNOPENED CARTRIDGES
May be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the product being purchased, the packaging must be in a resellable condition. Returns will not be accepted after this period. The customer is responsible for paying for all return shipping costs.

FAULTY OR POOR QUALITY CARTRIDGES
May be returned for an exchange within 90 days of the product being purchased. Refunds or exchanges will be provided once the fault has been varified.
Returns will not be accepted after this period. The customer is responsible for paying for all return shipping costs.

 

Please allow standard delivery timing of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our store and up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches us. Please note that it may take your credit card bank longer to apply the credit to which we have no control over after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

If you wish to exchange a product that you purchased at a promotional price you will be required to pay the difference between the new order and the previous order.

 


 


EXCHANGE

Inkspot will always attempt to provide replacements for any cartridges you wish to return that are faulty. No exchange will be processed until we have product which you are requesting to be exchanged in our possession

DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are charged delivery on your original order, then this delivery charge cannot be refunded unless goods supplied were faulty or the incorrect goods were delivered.

REFUND
In the event that Inkspot is unable to source a replacement for exchange then we will issue you a refund of your shipping costs and the amount paid for the product. No refund can be issued until we have the product in our store that you are requesting refund on


CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE BY SELLER
Inkspot reserves the right to cancel purchases and provide a full refund of payments to the customer in the event of mistakes with product listings on the website. We appologize if this occurs with your order and will be more than happy to advise you once the product is relisted with the correct information, availability and prices. Be advised that sales contracts are not completed until the item has been shipped from ourselves.

 
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) from the day after delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. Any upgraded delivery costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.

To cancel, you can email, fax, write to us (see contact us page for details) or call us on 01752 669662 quoting your order number. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility.

Worried about your printer warranty? Don’t be. Inkspot can assure our customers that using a compatible or remanufactured printer ink cartridges rather than an original OEM brand does not affect or void the warranty of your printer. It is simply a way of cutting the running costs of your printer and will not affect your consumer rights.


ELECTRONIC RETURNS
Electronic goods will either come with their manufacturers warranty or an Inkspot 90-day hardware warranty if the item is a refurbished product. Defective items will either be replaced or repaired, in the event that either of these options are not possible a refund will be provided. Items must be returned as provided and be free of damage, missing parts and show no signs of tampering. A proof of purchase will be required, such as a receipt. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the end-user and will not be subject to compensation.
